In today’s action the New York Yankees will take on the LA Angels. Both teams are still in the playoff picture. Jared Weaver (16-7, 2.49 ERA) has struggled a bit as of late but has never lost to the Yankees at home. Regarding the upcoming game Weaver gave this outlook, “I have to establish fastball command and put my off speed stuff in good locations. That contest began a 10-game road trip that includes New York’s only remaining off day next Thursday in which it will be traveling from Seattle to Toronto. Yankees, 1st place in the AL East and Angels 2nd in the AL West is a matchup made in heaven.
